PE Eggs Plus embody TAKANO's commitment to safety, sanitation and quality. PE Eggs Plus were laid by energetic young chickens, which were raised at farms with rich natural environment and strict sanitation management, and fed with heat-sterilized and nutritionally balanced feed.
Eggs are shipped from a plant that is strictly inspected by expert quality control managers to minimize outbreak of bacteria. Eggs go through an advanced sanitation management system, which includes removal of bloody eggs and cracked eggs by advanced equipment, UV sterilization and brush-less drying process.
Because of this high level of safety, our eggs have been selected by close to 2,000 elementary and junior high schools as well as food service industry, cake industry, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.

Eggs that are maintained virtually bacteria-free are directly packed into an antibacterial pack. Since it is a shrink pack, not cardboard which is susceptible to contamination, there is no risk of introducing bacteria into the kitchen. There is also no need to wash hands after touching the eggs.
