Easy to use |
- Five types of quantity are available for easy use: 50g,
100g, 500g, 1000g and 2000g. It
can be used for cooking that uses only one egg, which
eliminates leftovers and is
economical.
Density can also be specified to suit your cooking. (Unsterilized:
dense / normal,
sterilized: normal)

- While market prices of eggs have elements of instability,
small packs can be supplied at stable and reasonable prices
all year round. (※Market prices are reviewed twice a

PE eggs are used to achieve safety, quality and sanitation,
there is no fear of
contamination by salmonella, E coli or staphylococcus

raw eggs were processed as
frozen, unsterilized liquid eggs.
Best before date: Best before date is displayed (18 months
after production).

Caution: Using cutters and such may cause damage to the packs inside.

<Defrosting> |
Avoid defrosting by heating because it may cause degradation
of quality.
Defrosting time varies with conditions.
Typical defrosting time using running water (water temperature:
9〜10℃)
500g : 65 min.
1000g: 70 min.
2000g: 150 min.
Please use the product as soon as possible after defrosting.
Leaving defrosted product
in warm places for long hours may cause degradation of quality.
Keep leftovers
refrigerated and use within 24 hours. |

Content of this product has minimum bacteria count.
Please open the pack in sanitary conditions. Improper handling
at the time of opening
may cause contamination of the contents.
Wiping the pack surface before opening with sodium hypochlorite
solution with 50 ppm
concentration or antiseptic alcohol duster will reduce the
risk of secondary
contamination.

that will be heated at 70℃ for one minute or more. |
