PE Frozen Whole Egg
Five types are available, including a 50g pack. Easy to use and economical.


Easy to use
  • Five types of quantity are available for easy use: 50g, 100g, 500g, 1000g and 2000g. It
    can be used for cooking that uses only one egg, which eliminates leftovers and is
    economical.
    Density can also be specified to suit your cooking. (Unsterilized: dense / normal,
    sterilized: normal)

  • While market prices of eggs have elements of instability, small packs can be supplied at stable and reasonable prices all year round. (※Market prices are reviewed twice a
    year.)

  • Saves the labor of opening eggs one by one by hand, and there is no need to dispose the
    egg shell.
Quality
  • After eggs are frozen, bacteriological examination is carried out in our Quality Control
    Room, and only the products that passed the examination are delivered to customers.
    Bacteria count data for products are available in our Web site, to confirm the safety of
    our products.
[Unsterilized]
In bacteria count, this product is equivalent to sterilized liquid egg or lower. Because
PE eggs are used to achieve safety, quality and sanitation, there is no fear of
contamination by salmonella, E coli or staphylococcus aureus.
This product contains chalaza, which contains a lot of sialic acid, a cell constituent
("unsterilized, dense type (No. 50) only).

Only designated raw eggs are used
  • Only PE eggs from Isogaya Yokeien, Ltd. (Tochigi) are used as raw eggs.
Date display
  • Collection date: displays the date on which the processed frozen, unsterilized liquid
    eggs were collected.
    Production date (Process date): displays the date on which raw eggs were processed as
    frozen, unsterilized liquid eggs.
    Best before date: Best before date is displayed (18 months after production).
Product ID number display

charge of the product are displayed.

  • Liquid Egg Production Plant is the only plant in Japan (as of May, 2002) that has
    obtained certification for both "ISO9001" international standard and "HACCP
    (CODEX)" sanitation management standard from independent organizations.

It is very economical because you can specify the exact quantity to be used that day,

Material
  • When combusted, packs do not generate hazardous gas such as hydrogen chloride.

Product handling instructions
 
<Opening the cardboard box>
Caution: Using cutters and such may cause damage to the packs inside.
 
<Defrosting>
Avoid defrosting by heating because it may cause degradation of quality.
Defrosting time varies with conditions.
Typical defrosting time using running water (water temperature: 9〜10℃)
500g : 65 min.
1000g: 70 min.
2000g: 150 min.

Please use the product as soon as possible after defrosting. Leaving defrosted product
in warm places for long hours may cause degradation of quality. Keep leftovers
refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
<Opening the product>
Content of this product has minimum bacteria count.
Please open the pack in sanitary conditions. Improper handling at the time of opening
may cause contamination of the contents.
Wiping the pack surface before opening with sodium hypochlorite solution with 50 ppm
concentration or antiseptic alcohol duster will reduce the risk of secondary
contamination.
※This product is unsterilized. As stated on the product label, please use it for products
that will be heated at 70℃ for one minute or more.
