To consumers:
To consumers:
We want to produce delicious eggs that we can eat with reassurance! This may sound
rather selfish, but our basic priority is to produce delicious eggs that we can eat with
reassurance.
That is because we believe that if it is something we want to eat, customers will also
know it. Naturally, we know as producers what is good what is bad. Of course, it costs
more to make better products. For feed, we specify corn and soybean that are not
genetically modified and raw materials that do not contain animal albumin and fat.
Feed for our exclusive use is produced at a feed manufacturing plant under complete
sanitation management. We inspect each delivered lot before feeding it to our chickens.
In the case of egg-laying chickens, we check the parents of for infectious diseases. The
day after they are born, egg-laying chickens will be brought to us and will be carefully
brought up. They will be given more than ten types of vaccines over approximately 120
days after birth to prevent various diseases. Periodic health checks will be made by
veterinarians even after the chickens start laying eggs. We especially watch out for
bacteria called salmonella. We have been vaccinating all chickens with salmonella
vaccine since two years ago, to prevent this bacteria from entering the eggs.
We are also promoting environment-friendly, recycling-oriented agriculture.
High-quality compost is made from chicken excrement and is returned to farm land
such as fields. We ourselves grow 3 hectares of sweet corn every year, which has
acquired a reputation that corn made without chemical fertilizers tastes good.
We want to continue being particular about delicious eggs that we want to eat. If you
are looking for safe and delicious eggs even at a little higher price, please try our eggs.

To suppliers:

Our product development is based on "reassuring," "safe" and "delicious." Since mad
cow disease (BSE) broke out in UK seven years ago, we have been working on
developing eggs using pure vegetable feed, without using animal albumin and fat.
Since then, issues such as genetically modified crop and salmonella food poisoning have
come up, to which we have responded each time. At present, we feed chickens with
pure vegetable feed which contain soybean and corn that are not genetically modified.
To prevent salmonella, we start inspection at the parent level and carry out
environmental inspection and bacteriological examination on baby chicks every month,
while feed is sampled and inspected with each delivery. Moreover, salmonella
vaccination to all chickens was completed in December 2000. Transportation by
refrigerator trucks started four years ago. We are implementing measures based on
three principles: keep them out, keep them contained and keep them down.
Additionally, based on the belief that the health of parent chicken is a key factor to
delicious eggs, we are employing effective microorganism (EM) and adding Korean
ginseng to feed. We also keep black chicken, Aizu chicken, etc. because the taste of eggs
vary with different breeds.
